Serve as the central contracting officer for Georgetown University's Information Systems Department with oversight of contract review and the internal contract work flow processes. Responsibilities include issuance of all aspects of contract administration through document closeout in accordance with University legal, budgetary, and purchasing policies and procedures. Assist in reviewing contracts for other departments in the University that seek to enter into contracts for technology, including hardware, software, web or systems services, etc. Responsible for working with the University Purchasing and Contracts Department and the Offices of the University Counsel, Risk Management, Sponsored Programs (both Main and Medical Center), Technology Transfer, Facilities, and the Law Center to continue development and refinement of the contracting process at the University. Developed new contract review process including database tracking of contracts, greatly improving processing time.
